alexis mabille underwear boys backstage & runway show (via TOM)

FASHION TV: PARIS – Perhaps it was the striptease heard round the world. But before the magic happened at the Alexis Mabille show for Spring/Summer 2012 at Paris Fashion Week, the male models were getting ready backstage for their underwear collection debuts. Their hair is slicked and their abs are defined, but for these hunks its strictly business! Adrien Sahores, William Eustace and other studs get the last word on where to walk from the stage manager. Francis Lachowski does a little skip on stage in his spare time. Ironically, the men wear Calvin Klein and Diesel briefs as they wait for their Alexis Mabille collection. Men parading around in their underwear never looked so good! Models like Felix Badman say hello.

FASHION TV: PARIS – Four male models at Alexis Mabille for Paris Men’s Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2012 come out in tees with the designer’s name on it before taking them off, undoing the belts holding up their white Bermuda shorts and revealing beautifully graphic black and white briefs underneath.  If that doesn’t make an impact, the rest of the Alex Mabille show certainly will! Mabille made his debut in the menswear runway in 2010. The t-shirts read “Alexis dresses me”, “Alexis undresses me.”  How fitting for an underwear collection collaboration with the underwear label Hom. The theme for this collection was bain de soleil (which means sunbathing.) It included swimwear alongside underwear.  The models that came later to showcase his new underwear line wore nautical stripes, chains across their chests, robes, and even some peacoats.
