   Dear John,

   It’s 11:03 a.m. here in Amarillo, Texas. My friend, Racheal (that’s how she spells it), is late coming over to have coffee with me. I made a huge pot of dark roast with chicory. (I’m from Louisiana. That’s how we rock our coffee.) Anyway, I’m in my morning fuzzy flannel pants listening to 80s music on Sirius satellite, having a cup of coffee, and thumbing through the latest on Sissydude. I’m kinda glad Racheal is late.
