Oh Thank-you for the heads-up on this!

I was at my nieces’ birthday party recently, and all the little girls wanted their faces painted up as Hello Kitty. Parents were surprised that she is *still* popular.

I explained that Kitty-chan has been around for decades and they have no idea what kind of enormous industry of cute she is. By the way The Hello Kitty weddings are another great example of how adults embrace her 😀

Here is an example if you are not familiar with them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfQ5I2FEFZo

By the way, ♥ your blog 🙂
