a letter from A
Received this very awesome letter:
“i’m 19 and your blog has been affirming some quirky, fabulous ideas i’ve had for a few years. Ideas that a heteronormative, and quick-to-judge world of bar studs with masculinity complexes would tell me were a fault. Ideas like, “I don’t have to spend my life in a gym to be adequate.” Ideas like, “my interests are not the product of gender failure, but instead constitute a unique and worthwhile perspective.” At the risk of sounding totally queer, I want you to know that Sissydude is important. Any time someone embraces softened masculinity as natural, beautiful, and desirable, it challenges what young people experience today amongst a very gender-stratified gay youth. Sissydude showed me that it was okay to lust after the Jon Hamm’s and refined dandies all the same, and that i didn’t have to conform to a hairless, muscled and often loveless standard of gay sexuality. So, thanks. Thanks for being yourself. I think I might be a little more me because of it.”

TRUE>>>>>>SISSYDUDE does make a difference in peoples lives!!!!IMPORTANT WORK!!!!thank you!
